What’s included
Full Inspection
Each inspection entails an hour-long live session, in which you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions at the end. All of the major building systems will be inspected.
inspection report
The inspector will summarize his findings in a report that details the condition of the property. The report is organized by building system i.e. roof, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Review session
The report will also include photos and graphics in conjunction with a review session with the inspector. The inspector will walk you through all of his observations and answer any question you may have.
Residential inspection
$400
Base residential inspection include a thorough home inspection with thermal imaging and roof scan. This base service also includes a digital report that summarizes the inspectors findings.
